TIPS FOR PACKAGE OPENING
Once you receive the goods, before signing and accepting the products, make sure that the seal tape is intact and that the packages do not have any external anomalies (otherwise accept the goods with a control reservation).
Our products are shipped with double packaging sealed with adhesive tape. We recommend manually opening the packages; otherwise, use scissors or box cutters very carefully, and only if absolutely necessary.
The use of sharp objects to open the packaging of sofas and armchairs is strictly FORBIDDEN to avoid the risk of cutting the fabric and/or leather.
We also suggest, especially for leather sofas, washing your hands after removing the plastic wrap and before touching the leather directly, as the packaging may be dirty. For some packages, it may require the assistance of a second person.
TIPS FOR DISPOSING OF PACKAGING
Most of our products are packaged with the following materials: Cellophane, polystyrene, bubble wrap, cardboard, and wooden pallets.
For better cardboard disposal, we recommend cutting it into sheets and flattening it to occupy as little space as possible. Cardboard packaging is recyclable and should be placed with paper waste.
Cellophane, polystyrene, and bubble wrap are recyclable plastic materials and should be placed in the plastic bag for recycling.
Wooden pallets should be disposed of according to the regulations set by individual municipalities. However, we recommend those who enjoy DIY to recycle pallets in an artistic and creative way. There are many online guides available on this topic.
LEVELS OF DIFFICULTY
GRADE 1
These are items that arrive unassembled but can be easily assembled without specific knowledge or the use of special tools.
GRADE 2
These are items that are easy to assemble, but some manual skill is required during the product assembly process.
GRADE 3
These are items that may require the use of specific tools such as a drill or other equipment for assembly. While it is not strictly necessary to have assistance from a second person, it is still recommended.
GRADO 4
These are items that require the presence of two or more people with extensive practical experience, as it also requires the use of special tools such as a drill.
GRADE 5
These are items that require the presence of specialized personnel. We recommend using our delivery and assembly service or relying on technical staff experienced in furniture assembly.
