What is it?

Fidelity is a journey that will accompany you in the discovery and knowledge of furniture, through the collection of our Points. With each purchase and participation in the community, you will accumulate points that you can transform into rewards. 

How does it work?

Points are accumulated in 4 ways:

  1. By purchasing products and objects, you will acquire 1 Point for every Euro spent
  2. By following us on Instagram, you will acquire 15 Points
  3. By subscribing to the newsletter, you will acquire 15 Points
  4. By inviting a friend, you will allow them to enjoy a 10% discount and you will acquire 20 points on their first order.

When are Points credited?

The points you earn with purchases will be credited once the order is completed, after payment.

What do I get?

The succession of rewards is the path we suggest for you to grow together, but you can freely choose whether to request your reward when reaching the set stage or keep your Points to reach a later stage.
Once you have accumulated the necessary Points, click on "Redeem" to request the reward you prefer, and it will be automatically added to your cart.

Where can I check how many Points I have accumulated?

You can verify how many Points you are accumulating with each purchase in the order confirmation.
To know how many Points you have accumulated in total, visit the Points Collection section of your dashboard.
Once you have reached the necessary points, simply redeem the reward you want, and it will be automatically added to the cart.
