The single and a half foldaway bed with Kentaro sofa is a practical model that can be easily transformed into a comfortable foldaway bed in just a few moves. When not in use, it can be turned back into a functional sofa with microfiber cushions that are completely removable.
The reinforced iron powder-coated frame is in embossed aluminum color, while the panels are made of 18mm wood particles in white ash or walnut finishes.
Wall mounting is mandatory. The vertical descent and ascent movement is assisted by gas pistons and is equipped with a practical plastic handle that facilitates opening and closing.
The two straps keep the mattress securely in a vertical position. The slatted base is included, but the mattress is not.
The composition comes with a slatted base made of beech wood. The recommended mattress (not included in the price) has dimensions of 120cm x 190cm, with a height of about 24cm. After configuration, the following mattresses can be purchased:
- Memory Foam Mattress: an ergonomic mattress that perfectly molds to the body, providing balanced support and good rest. The mattress is thermo-sensitive, hypoallergenic, and anti-dust mite. The fabric is covered with millions of microcapsules containing Aloe Vera essences, which anesthetize the tissues and promote antibacterial proliferation. Composed of a 5-zone wave memory foam layer, 5cm thick, an expanded foam layer without CFC, 15cm thick, and a grooved lower side. The mattress is 24cm high, removable with a zipper, and has a medium degree of rigidity.
- Spring Mattress: a traditional spring mattress that guarantees rigidity and flexibility. The high-quality fabric and the spring system with high-load biconical springs ensure healthy and comfortable rest. Composed of polyester and polypropylene, hypoallergenic padding, biconical springs, perimeter support box 5cm thick, mattress height 22cm, non-removable, medium degree of rigidity.

- closed composition dimensions: L.134cm P.105cm H.210cm
- open composition dimensions: L.134cm P.215cm H.210cm

Note. Maximum bed load capacity is 250Kg. Assembling the Kentaro bed is highly difficult and requires two experienced people to perform it.
